South Jersey native and soccer superstar Carli Lloyd tied the knot this past weekend on a beach in Mexico.
Wedding website The Knot reports Lloyd, 34, of Delran, married her high school sweetheart Brian Hollins Friday in Puerto Moreles before a crowd of 75 of each other's family and friends.
Lloyd is still reeling from an MVP performance in the Word Cup final against Japan, a game in which she scored a hat trick to lead the United States to a 5-2 victory. Her emergence has landed her endorsement deals and keynote speaking gigs.
