Make Valentine's Day fun for the whole family by heading to one of these kid-friendly events. Do arts and crafts together, take fun tours, enjoy family brunch and meet Disney characters at these weekend celebrations.
Over Valentine's Day weekend Square 1682 will be offering brunch for the whole family with sweet specials like red velvet pancakes, cinnamon banana monkey bread and a french toast sandwich.
While waiting on the dishes, children will get to create their own cookies for a Valentine's Day treat too.

World-renowned ice sculptor Peter Slavin and the team at Fear No Ice will create one-of-a-kind ice sculptures along Germantown Avenue all day long on Saturday, Feb. 13. Then, beginning at noon, they will perform a live ice carving at Laurel Hill Gardens with a special appearance by Queen Elsa from Disney's "Frozen."
Enjoy complimentary s’mores and hot chocolate, too, before everyone heads to the Market at the Fareway at 3 p.m. for an ice bonfire.

Spend Valentine's Day making cards at Philadelphia's Magic Gardens. There will be printmaking blocks, paints and stamps available to customize cards.
Free family tours will also be held at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. through the Gardens.

The Penn Museum is hosting an Egyptian-inspired Valentine's Day. Create valentines with hieroglyphics to give to family and friends.
There will also be a family-friendly tour through the Egyptian Gallery at 1:30 p.m.
