Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced Friday that a conviction was vacated in court for a man who was sentenced to life in prison for a 2013 murder. Arkel Garcia, who was convicted of killing 21-year-old Christian Massey, had the sentence vacated in Common Pleas Court following an investigation by Krasner's office.
