Einstein Medical Center issued an apology after disturbing photos showed several dead bodies were transferred to the Philadelphia medical examiner's office in the back of a Ford pickup truck. Mario Matthew Gatti, 30, was arrested in Florida as a fugitive from a Jan. 16 homicide that occurred in western Pennsylvania. Police patrolling Jacksonville Beach were enforcing social distancing guidelines for the coronavirus pandemic when they learned of a warrant for Gatti.
