Philadelphia police officers Matthew Walsh and Marvin Jones are facing multiple charges for allegedly detaining a man without justification and falsifying documents earlier this year, the internal affairs division announced Thursday. Both officers were assigned to the 14th District on April 14 when they stopped a man in the Mount Airy section of the city.
