The Who will be making a stop in Philadelphia this month on their MOVING ON! tour across North America. Singer Roger Daltrey and guitarist and songwriter Pete Townshend will be performing with symphonic accompaniment at Citizens Bank Park on Saturday, May 25 at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.
