Everything seems to be going well for Bradley Cooper these days, as the Jenkintown native has been spending his time dating supermodels and making boatloads of money.
As for the character he plays in the upcoming movie "Burnt," things appear to be a little more tumultuous.
The trailer for the film released Friday shows Cooper playing a celebrity chef trying to reestablish himself in London after falling succumb to drugs and the pitfalls of fame.
According to Variety, the movie is set to be released on October 23 and was originally called "Chef" (a title scooped up by Jon Favreau last year) and then "Adam Jones" (the name of his character) before the name "Burnt" was chosen.
Some may remember that this isn't Cooper's first time playing a chef. He played a famous cook in the short-lived Fox series "Kitchen Confidential" in the mid-2000's.
His character in that show was also recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and trying to make a comeback, however in a much lighter setting than the one seen in the trailer for "Burnt."
