Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery makes a reception as Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman looks on during the first half at FedEx Field.

Will the Philadelphia Eagles' season come to an end today, or will they continue on to the playoffs with a win over the Washington Redskins, and a Chicago Bears win over the Minnesota Vikings? We'll find out soon enough.

As we noted in our five matchups to watch, the Redskins don't pose much of a threat in their passing game, as they are on their fourth quarterback this season, and could be without five of their six top receiving yardage leaders. As such, the Eagles will likely focus their efforts on shutting down Adrian Peterson and the Redskins' rushing attack. Offensively, the Eagles will have to contend with a young and talented Redskins front, which they beat soundly in their first matchup earlier this season.

The Eagles remain one of the most banged up teams in football, but the Redskins are a rare team that has suffered even more major injuries than the Eagles. Make sure you check out the full Eagles-Redskins injury report, with analysis.

The Eagles are anywhere from 5.5-point to 7-point favorites in this matchup, depending on where you look. Here's who PhillyVoice's staff is picking, as well as other writers from around the country.
