A man has been arrested after threats were posted online against police in Chester, Delaware County, CBSPhilly reports.
David Milbourne, 23, of Media, was taken into custody after allegedly posting threats against Chester police on Instagram and Facebook on Wednesday.
It is believed the threats were made in response to a 17-year-old girl who was arrested in connection with threats posted on Instagram Tuesday night. That post threatened an attack against students in the Chester Upland School District, the Community Charter School and Chichester High School.
Milbourne has been charged with two counts of making terroristic threats and one count of harassment.
It was not immediately clear whether there was any connection between Milbourne and the 17-year-old.
