Philadelphia Distilling in Fishtown will throw a grand opening party on Feb. 19-20.
In addition to the full distillery, there will be a tasting room, cocktail bar and lounge, private event space, outdoor patio and retail store.
During the party, the craft cocktail bar and lounge will be open and serving a full menu of 16 classic and house cocktails -- all featuring Philadelphia Distilling spirits like Bluecoat gin and The Bay vodka.
The retail store will also be open for guests to shop for spirits to take home.
After the grand opening, Philadelphia Distilling will be open Thursday-Sunday from 1-9:30 p.m.
Tours and tastings will kick off Feb. 23. Tours are available at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays and Sundays, the tours will be at 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
