Police are searching for two unknown males after an attempted burglary at K&A check cashing in Kensington.

Police are searching for two unknown males after an attempted burglary at K&A check cashing in Kensington.

On Jan. 15, at 2:30 a.m., two men entered the check-cashing store by cutting a hole in the roof, according to a statement released by police. The suspects searched the business at 3099 Kensington Ave. but did not take anything and eventually fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Police describe the first suspect as a white or Hispanic male who was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, light-colored gloves and dark-colored sweatpants with a white logo on the right front leg. 

The second suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male who was wearing a dark-colored mask, light-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored jacket, dark-colored pants and black-and-white sneakers.
