Two teens struck by gunfire in third Olney shooting this week

Two teenagers were struck by gunfire Wednesday in the third shooting this week in Olney, NBC10 reports.  

The most recent shooting occurred on the 100 block of Roselyn St. in the late afternoon.

A 15-year-old boy was struck in the shoulder, and an 18-year-old man was struck in the stomach when an unidentified gunman fired 22 shots, police said.

Both victims were taken to Einstein Hospital, where the 15-year-old is stable, while the 18-year-old is in critical condition. 

The shooting occurred within a three-block radius of two shootings earlier this week. 

Three people were injured in a shooting late Sunday night on the 5900 block of N. Second St. On Monday night, a man was killed and a woman was injured in a double shooting on Nedro Avenue. 

It remains unclear whether the three shootings are related.
