Chef and restaurateur Marc Vetri just announced on his Instagram that Vetri Ristorante will host an à la carte evening on Jan. 25.
Normally when dining at Vetri, a tasting menu priced at $155 per person is the sole option.
On Jan. 25, guests will have the opportunity to order whatever favorite Vetri dishes they want off the menu.
"Crepe, gnocchi, turbot, goat, carciofi salad, boar fett, almond tort...all of the originals," states the Instagram post.
