New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady (No. 12) drops back to pass against the New York Jets during a game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015.

If you're wondering what fuels New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady on and off the field, ask Allen Campbell, the private chef for Brady, his wife Gisele Bündchen and their children.

Campbell, formerly a chef at several hotels and restaurants, primarily in the Boston area, chatted with Boston.com about his personal diet philosophy – mostly vegetarian, all organic, gluten-free and sugar-free – and how it mirrors the healthy lifestyle of the New England Patriots quarterback and his family.

In short, Brady's diet is primarily the same: void of white sugar, white flour, MSG, dairy and caffeine. That means no cheese or coffee.

"I always have it in mind, if [Tom Brady] has a game – but it’s never dictating what I would cook," Campbell told Boston.com.
