The '5,000 Points of Light' celebration outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art during Dîner en Blanc in Philly.

The forces behind Dîner en Blanc, the infamous outdoor party that announces its location moments before the event, unveiled this year's catering menu for those guests who don't feel like lugging a picnic basket around town in their summer whites.

The event will mark its seventh year in Philadelphia on Aug. 16. For the first time, Feast Your Eyes Catering's menu is offering some completely vegan options, as well as a few gluten-free options, each ranging from $63-$70 (serving two people). All meals are three courses and include dessert.

Each catering option has a different theme, taking inspiration from Morocco, Barcelona, Vietnam and Paris. An "All American" option includes fried chicken and peach pie among its course options.

Also on the menu is the cheese board, an easy favorite for anyone who has opted for the catering menu before. The $38 deal serves two and features four different kinds of cheese, baguette, and other accouterments. There is also a $38 antipasto board that is vegan-friendly.

Registration officially opened last week with phase one, open only to people who are previously registered members from 2017. Tuesday is the beginning of phase two: registration for people sponsored by previously registered, phase one members. Friday will open phase three as guests are selected from the waitlist.

This year the dinner will open up to 5,500 total guests, making it the biggest Dîner en Blanc Philly has ever hosted – and the biggest Dîner en Blanc in the country. Tickets this year are $51 per person.
