News of the deal follows Midwest-based Marcus Theatres' acquisition of Movie Tavern, which was completed Feb. 1. The chain's new name is now officially Movie Tavern by Marcus.

Although under new ownership, moviegoers can expect the same menus with food and drink delivered directly to seats.

In Pennsylvania there are four Movie Tavern locations: Flourtown, Exton, Collegeville and Allentown.
