Death-row inmate in Bucks County killing dies in prison, officials say

Jacob P. Sullivan, on death row in the 2016 killing of 14-year-old Grace Packer, died from a cardiac-related emergency on Thursday, April 30, 2020. Sullivan and Sara Paker, Packer's adoptive mother, raped and tortured the girl in Bucks County before dismembering her body and disposing of the remains in the woods northeastern Pennsylvania.
