Teen's body recovered from Ridley Creek in Delaware County

Chester Police announced the recovery of the body of an 18-year-old man who fell into Ridley Creek in Delaware County on Saturday night. Search efforts continued through the weekend and the teen's body was found Monday morning on the banks of the creek behind an apartment complex in Eddystone, according to authorities.

Temple University reached a $700,000 settlement with the U.S. Department of Education to resolve an investigation into false data reporting by the Fox School of Business & Management. From 2014 to 2018, the Fox School deliberately provided false and misleading data to U.S. News & World report to inflate rankings for several of its programs.

Philadelphia father under investigation after son, 2, fatally shot in Bucks County

Jorddan Thornton, 27, of Philadelphia, was charged with child endangerment in the death of his two-year-old son on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020. Investigators said the boy suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head at the Racquet Club Apartments in Middletown Township. The circumstances of the shooting remain under investigation.
