WWE Raw roundup: Dean Ambrose challenges Triple H for heavyweight title

For the first time, Monday Night Raw aired on a Feb. 29th, this time from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. We’re certainly on the Road to WrestleMania, but Monday night focused somewhat on the March to WrestleMania special from Toronto set to air on the WWE Network on March 12. The Undertaker made a special, albeit quick, appearance, and Roman Reigns was out selling his injuries from Triple H’s attack last Monday night.

Thursday night, where the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar, made his first appearance on SmackDown in 12 years. But that wasn’t the only surprise in store for the night. We got our answer for Styles-Jericho III, some interesting developments in the Divas division and a fantastic main event. We haven’t had many of those on SmackDown in recent memory.

WWE Raw roundup: Ambrose sends Reigns a message before Fastlane

The Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif. hosted the go-home episode of Raw to Fastlane on Monday night. It was a pretty good episode of Raw, but I would have rather the program ended differently than it did. I understand Big Show was in the main event to hype his appearance on the Stone Cold Podcast live after Raw went off the air, but it just messed up the whole flow of how the flagship program should’ve ended heading into Fastlane.
